Established in 1964, Makaha Beach Cabanas is a 162 unit amazing condominium community full of wonderful folks, scenic views of the mountains & valley and of course the most beautiful beach on the island (we're a bit biased)

Pet Areas

While we do not allow Pets on property, we do allow Service Animals that are properly registered at the time of entry. Designated pet parks with waste stations, providing safe spaces for pets to exercise and socialize. All animals must be leashed & use designated areas for pet waste.

Guest Parking

Dedicated guest parking areas conveniently located throughout the community. There are also Registration Parking spots for folks to park while checking in with Security Center.

Mail Center

Centralized mail facility with secure individual mailboxes and package receiving area for resident convenience. Each unit owner has keys to their mailbox. Package lockers are locked near the Laundry Room.

Coming 2026 Amazon Locker! 3 Medium sized Secure package receiving system allowing 24/7 retrieval of deliveries via USPS (located near the Laundry Room)

Controlled access entry system ensuring community safety and privacy for all residents 24/7. License plate reader controlled.
